There are many things that make the City of Garland unique, including its strong manufacturing base, abundant career opportunities and family friendly atmosphere. The City’s proud heritage has been carefully preserved in its downtown historic district. The recently announced Sixth Street extension project is part of the City’s Downtown Garland Redevelopment Plan connecting Downtown Garland to the Richland College Garland campus.
Garland also pays ongoing attention to strengthen and rejuvenate its future to assure that it always remains a desirable place where people choose to live and work. Its Firewheel Town Center represents the latest in open-air, mixed-use developments offering more than 900,000 square feet of department stores and specialty retail, a children's playground, lush open space and water features, 75,000 square feet of office space, more than 320 apartment units, and an 18-screen AMC theater. Bass Pro Shops anchors the 28-acre Harbor Point retail development on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard in Garland. The Garland Special Events Center is the City’s epicenter for graduations, sporting events, theatrical productions, concerts and conventions. Dining out is a favorite activity of busy Garland residents and these new centers and well as long-established area venues provide a myriad of options.
The thriving northeast corner of Dallas County prides itself on the strength of its diverse neighborhoods. Educating 58,000 students at 71 campuses, Garland Independent School District ranks as the second-largest district in Dallas County, twelfth-largest in Texas, and is among the 100-largest in America. Not many districts across the nation offer open-enrollment options for students, and none have a “choice” plan as far-reaching as Garland ISD. While other districts use attendance zones to determine a student’s campus, GISD parents are able to choose the school their child attends. GISD also offers a variety of magnet programs. 77 percent of its campuses have received Exemplary or Recognized ratings by the Texas Education Agency.

It started in the corporate world concentrating on finance and strategy, then to owning and running two online businesses where my entrepreneurial spirt grew. That spirit, and my love for real estate, has been an ideal combination for my business as a REALTOR®.
My experience has taught me that my clients come first. Exceeding their expectations creates a trust and loyalty that are paramount in this business. I am able to leverage my experience as an entrepreneur, trusted advisor, and REALTOR® to help families achieve their real estate goals.
As a resident of the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex for over twenty years, my knowledge of the area and the unique nuances of the different parts of town help clients make smart real estate decisions. I have built a team of experts that are here to help with every step of the home buying and selling process, and then beyond into home ownership. My relationship with my clients does not start and stop with the real estate transaction, but it continues long after my clients have closed on their homes.
